As the century old stone walls of the structure standing prior to The 1925, crumble down, in its place rises a worthy contender to the art deco style of buildings that were prevalent in the era that has now gone by. Taking inspiration from the load bearing stone masonry walls and the arches of the Tara Mansion, this contemporary design is an homage to the Art Deco aesthetics that were once at the forefront of design. The project offers well planned apartments with proper cross ventilations. It offers luxurious amenities for comfortable stay.
