The setback areas (open space around the complex) will be suitably paved with paver blocks or any other suitable material, according to the Architect's advice, after leaving enough space for water percolation. Necessary compound wall & gate will be provided. A security booth will be located at an appropriate place. Lighting will be provided in the common open area. Termite treatment for the entire BUILDING COMPLEX, from the foundation level to the periphery of the building.
