Orchid Piccadilly might sound like an old English castle, but we assure you – there’s nothing British about it. Apart from the fact that you can live like royalty, of course. Bangalore has had its fair share of “themed real estate projects” that raise the expectations of a potential buyer. We chose the name Piccadilly because of the way it sounds, its a lovely name. But we did not want to mislead potential purchasers into thinking they were buying into a ‘themed project’. We decided to use this fact to pivot an entire campaign created with the same sense of humour that we have become known for. This is a well planned Indian apartment community with a British name. There is nothing else British about it. These apartments come in different variants – 2, 2.5 and 3 bed homes, made for Indian families of different sizes. There’s room for everyone here, right from aspiring individuals, small and even joint families. Take your pick!
